Our story

Five Venues, One Team, Every Wedding Its Own

A couple’s first dance in the Ballroom at Longman Hotel, with a band playing in the musicians’ gallery

Guests throw petal confetti as a newly married couple walk down the garden path at Hotel Holly

Longman Leisure began with one London hotel and a simple idea: every wedding should feel like the most important one we've ever hosted.

Over the years we've added four very different places to the family: a botanical country estate in the Cotswolds, a French-style chateau in the Surrey Hills, a timber lodge on a lake in Eryri and a restored barn on a Suffolk farm.

What connects them is the way we work. Every couple has a dedicated coordinator from first enquiry to the morning after, one planning portal for every decision, and a team that has run thousands of weddings together.

About this demo

This website is a demonstration created by the makers of Sonas to showcase the power of the Sonas platform for multi-venue wedding groups.

Longman Leisure isn't real. Each of its five venues is a dream venue imagined by someone on the Sonas team and brought to life with AI, from the Mayfair ballroom to the Suffolk barn.

We built it to show venues and venue groups what their own dream could look like with Sonas behind it: enquiries answered in seconds, viewings booked from a live diary, couples planning everything in one portal, and a team with time for every one of them.

The enquiry and viewing forms are real Sonas forms, so try one and see it from the couple's point of view. Then imagine what Sonas could do for your venues.
