How Do You Run Five Venues as One Team?
Every venue works the same way in Sonas, so our people can move between them without missing a beat.

A Mayfair hotel and a Suffolk barn have very little in common on the surface. Behind the scenes they run in exactly the same way, and that’s what lets a small team look after all five.
One way of working
Every venue is set up identically in one Sonas account: the same booking stages, the same event sheets, the same checklists from enquiry to the morning after. A coordinator from Hotel Holly can open a wedding at Mountain Lodge and know exactly where it stands, without a handover call.
Our coordinators see every venue’s diary side by side, so if a couple’s date is taken at one, they can offer it at another before the couple looks elsewhere.
When someone’s off sick in peak season, cover comes from the next venue over, not an agency.
Better at every venue at once
Because the process is shared, so are the improvements. When one venue finds a better way to run final-numbers week, we change it once and all five benefit. New starters learn one system, not five, and can work anywhere in the group from their first month.
