How Do You Reply to Enquiries So Quickly?
Automations send the first reply in seconds, and templates make every one after it quick to write.

Couples enquire at five or six venues at once, usually late at night, and the first venue to reply properly tends to get the viewing. We used to lose that race most weekends. Now we rarely do.
The first reply is automatic
Every enquiry form on our websites is a Sonas form. The moment a couple hits send, Sonas logs the enquiry and emails them straight back with a personal reply and the brochure for the venue they chose. It happens at 11pm on a Sunday just as it does at 10am on a Tuesday.
By the time a coordinator opens the enquiry in the morning, the couple has already had a reply and often booked a viewing.
Templates do the rest
For everything after that first message, our coordinators work from templates in Sonas. The couple’s names, date, guest numbers and pricing fill themselves in, so a considered, personal reply takes a couple of minutes rather than twenty.
If a couple goes quiet, a follow-up goes out a few days later on its own. Nobody has to keep a list of who to chase.
