Our viewing form shows live availability from the Sonas diary. Couples pick a slot that suits them, evenings and weekends included, and it’s confirmed there and then. No back-and-forth over email, and no double-booked coordinators.
Sonas sends a reminder the day before with directions and parking details, which has cut our no-shows right down.
The thank-you lands while the couple are still talking about us on the drive home.
Nothing goes cold
After the viewing, an automated follow-up thanks the couple and sets out the next steps. If they haven’t replied within a week, Sonas reminds their coordinator to pick up the phone. We don’t lose bookings because someone forgot to ring back.
